TAGBILARAN CITY — More than 200 hectares of land in three adjacent towns in Bohol province were destroyed by fire that raged for nearly 16 hours on Sunday until Monday. FO1 John Marvin Mangubat, the Alicia Fire Station investigator, said the fire reportedly started in the Mabini and Ubay mountains at around 2 p.m. on Sunday. The blaze moved to Alicia town near Alicia Panoramic Park, a new tourist attraction, at around 5 p.m. The fire was put out at around 6 a.m. on Monday. The area was inaccessible to the fire trucks.
