Ang DSWD ay HINDI pa tumatanggap ng mga aplikasyon para sa Educational Assistance,' it wrote in a public advisory. (The department wants to make it clear — there is no truth to some posts on the website 'Tescholarship.com.' The DSWD is NOT yet accepting application for educational assistance.
