MANILA, Philippines — The construction of a multi-purpose building in Bayombong town, Nueva Vizcaya province has been completed, the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) announced Tuesday. The DPWH said in a statement that the P15-million structure aims to provide support to small independent businesses in Bayombong. According to DPWH Region 2 Director Reynaldo Alconcel, the building already caters to the needs of the community for a variety of products, including meat, fish, dairy products, baked goods, coffee, spices, and various domestic specialties.
