NEW LONDON, Mo. (WGEM) -- Following a Summer full of storm damage, the Federal Emergency Management Agency approved Gov. Mike Parson's request for a disaster declaration in Ralls County. Ralls joins 20 other counties across Missouri in receiving the disaster declaration. The bulk of the declaration in Ralls County relates to flooding damage from storms that rolled through at the end of June and in early July. One example of this damage was along Bush Creek Road where culverts were washed out by the raging flood waters.
