Posted Today, 01:36 PM My DELL 1660W printer has just started making a very loud clicking noise while refreshing and printing. And if you don't press down (hard) on the top of the printer, the paper jams every print. I currently have a box with 6 bricks in it holding the top down but I'd really like to get a real fix for this issue. I know DELL no longer make printers but I LOVE this printer and don't want to give it up
