MANILA, Philippines — Police have arrested three men in Las Piñas City for yielding an undocumented firearm and ammunition, and 'shabu' (crystal meth) during a buy-bust operation. In a report of the Southern Police District (SPD), a buy-bust operation was conducted early morning Tuesday in Las Piñas City that resulted in the arrest of the suspects along Wonderland Site in Barangay Talon Singko. The police identified the suspects as Ranny Singcoy, 36, a construction worker; Jayson Dela Cruz, 31, a construction worker; and Mauricio Mangubat, 42, a painter.
