MANILA, Philippines— Cloudy skies and rainfall due to a frontal system are expected in extreme Northern Luzon on Tuesday, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa). High chances of rain and overcast skies apply particularly to Batanes and Babuyan Islands, reported state weather specialist Daniel Villamil. 'Sa kasalukuyan, itong frontal system— o yung boundary o tagpuan ng mainit at malamig na hangin— ang siyang makakaapekto sa extreme Northern Luzon.
