MANILA, Philippines— The Commission on Human Rights (CHR) has renewed its partnership with Mindanao State University-Iligan Institute of Technology (MSU-IIT) to maintain its human rights education center in Iligan City during the Cagayan de Oro leg of its flagship human rights education caravan. CHR Chairperson Richard Palpal-latoc signed the memorandum of agreement to maintain MSU-IIT's Center for Human Rights Education on Wednesday as part of Lakbay Karapatan Tungo sa Kamalayan (LaKarAn) (Human Rights Journey towards Consciousness).
