MABALACAT CITY, Pampanga — The recent interception of a package containing some P1,055,000 worth of shabu (crystal meth) at the Port of Clark led to the arrest on Monday of two claimants in Baliuag, Bulacan. In a statement on Tuesday evening, the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency Central Luzon (PDEA 3) identified the arrested persons as Vincent Francis Estrella, 32, and Gilbert Gonzalez Guinit, 35, both residents of Baliuag town. PDEA 3 said they collared the duo in a 'controlled delivery' operation conducted jointly with the Clark Interdiction Task Group and Bureau of Customs-Port of Clark.
