LEGAZPI CITY — Classes in all levels in Camarines Norte were suspended on Wednesday, April 12, as Tropical Depression 'Amang' threatens to bring heavy rains to the province. In a memorandum released at 11:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 11, Governor Ricarte Padilla said classes in public and private schools were suspended due to threat of flooding and rain-induced landslides. Earlier, the local government units of Catanduanes, Albay and Camarines Sur also ordered suspension of classes in all levels in both public and private schools.
