TACLOBAN CITY – The city government of Borongan in Eastern Samar has offered a cash reward of P100,000 for those who can help find the suspect in the rape and slay of a 6-year-old girl. By offering a reward money, Mayor Jose Ivan Dayan Agda said they hoped to expedite the arrest of the suspect identified as Albert Ohaya, 32. 'The city government of Borongan has put up a P100,000 cash reward who can help us find and arrest the suspect of this very shocking and repulsive incident here in our city,' the city mayor said during a press conference on Thursday, June 1.
