President Ferdinand 'Bongbong' Marcos Jr. (file photo) MANILA, Philippines — President Ferdinand 'Bongbong' Marcos Jr. has approved the adoption of the National Security Policy (NSP) 2023 to 2028, which he said will effectively address 'national security challenges' in line with his goal of ensuring the security and resiliency of the nation.  Marcos, in the two-page Executive Order No. 37 signed by Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin on Thursday, ordered all national and local government agencies to adopt the NSP 2023 – 2028 in the formulation and implementation of their security-related strategies and programs.
