MANILA, Philippines— Australia will be providing drone equipment and technical help to the Philippine Coast Guard as it conducts maritime patrols. Australian foreign minister Penny Wong made this commitment during a press briefing on Friday with Department of Foreign Affairs Secretary Enrique Manalo.
