INQUIRER FILE PHOTO DAVAO CITY — A man and his 6-year-old daughter were hurt in a fire that hit several communities in this city before midnight on Tuesday, the police said on Wednesday. Fifty houses were damaged by the blaze that swept through three communities in Barangay 23-C, a report from the city police said. Mary Aly Rose Ilagan suffered third degree burns and her 28-year-old father, Journey Dave, had second degree burns in the body. They are now being treated at the Southern Philippines Medical Center.
