BONNERS FERRY, Idaho — An Avista service line has ruptured near Wells St. on the north hill. Bonners Ferry Police Department has evacuated two blocks of 7500 block of Wells, possibly more depending on the line. They are asking for people to stay out of the area and avoid the area surrounding this rupture. Repairs are estimated to begin in approximately 2 hours.
