Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) is cautioning that, due to potential high winds Monday, combined with the drought and extremely dry vegetation, a Public Safety Power Shutoff (PSPS) could be enacted in 13 counties — including Solano and Yolo —  to reduce the risk of wildfire.
