A military appeals court ruled Monday against Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin's order this summer nullifying plea deals reached with alleged 9/11 plotters Khalid Sheikh Mohammad, Walid bin Attash and Mustafa al-Hawsawi, the New York Post reported.
