Residents may have noticed a big difference around Victoria Park Lake recently, with the installation of new pedestrian lights along the shared pathway. Greater Shepparton City Council, in conjunction with local company Byers Electrical, installed 64 new lights along the pathway surrounding the lake with the lights synchronised to change colour, creating an impressive visual display. This lighting upgrade is in addition to works which took place in 2018 and 2019 to improve the safety and visibility on the shared pathway network around the lake precinct.
