Canadian International Trade Tribunal The Canadian International Trade Tribunal today continued its finding made on January 4, 2018, in inquiry NQ-2017-002, concerning the dumping of carbon and alloy steel line pipe from the Republic of Korea. The Tribunal found that the expiry of the finding was likely to result in injury. As such, the Tribunal continued its finding. The Canada Border Services Agency will therefore continue to impose anti-dumping duties on these products. The Tribunal is an independent quasi-judicial body that reports to Parliament through the Minister of Finance.
