The dust that was raised into the air at the Strade Bianche at the beginning of March has finally settled. The spring classics season is over and though it is perhaps a cliché at this point, the golden quality of this generation has been abundantly clear over the past two months. Two names have stood out, Tadej Pogacar and Demi Vollering, but there is a score of exciting riders to keep tabs on. Over the white gravel roads of Tuscany surrounding the medieval city of Siena, Tom Pidcock took an emphatic solo win at the Strade Bianche.
