Richard Eloy Williams departed on his last ride December 21, 2022. Richard was born in Amarillo, Texas, March 28, 1950. Richard had a larger than life spirit with a passion for karaoke with a stage presence second to none. He will be greatly missed. He is preceded in death by father, Billy B Edwards; mother, Joyce Coleman Edwards; and sisters, Cheryl Edwards and Ladonna Williams. Survivors include sister Kathy Johnson; brother Bill Edwards and wife Debra; nephew Charles Ranger Williams and wife Jennifer.
