(PhilPost) got P100 million in advance from the Government Service Insurance System (GSIS), even as the assessment of the damage from the fire at the Manila Central Post Office building is still ongoing. According to the GSIS, the amount represented a preliminary payment for PhilPost's insurance claim. The state insurer GSIS said it will deliver full payment to PhilPost after evaluating the adjuster's report and approving the final payment offer.
