ATHENS, May 21 (Bernama-dpa) -- Some 9.8 million Greek citizens are set to head to the polls on Sunday to cast their ballots in parliamentary elections.    Observers expect a duel between incumbent conservative Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis of the Nea Dimokratia (ND) party and Alexis Tsipras, the leader of the left-wing Syriza party who previously served as prime minister, said German news agency (dpa). According to the polls, the conservatives are leading the race with about 35 per cent.
