MANILA, Philippines — No tropical cyclones are expected to enter the Philippine Area of Responsibility until the end of March, but easterlies are expected to bring localized thunderstorms in some parts of the country, the state weather bureau said on Wednesday. 'Wala na ho tayong inaasahang bagyo at least ngayong buwan ng Marso dahil March 29 na ngayon,' according to Obet Badrina, weather specialist of the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).
