(Satellite image from Pagasa) MANILA, Philippines — Majority of the country will experience scattered rains due to the two low pressure areas (LPA) and the southwest monsoon, locally known as 'habagat' inside the Philippine area of responsibility, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) reported on Saturday. 'Dalawa na pong low pressure area ang ating binabantayan sa loob ng Philippine area of responsibility,' weather specialist Aldczar Aurelio announced on their morning weather forecast.
