CLARK FREEPORT ZONE — Authorities intercepted some 2.4 kilos of kush (high-grade marijuana) worth an estimated P3.9 million from the United States at the Bureau of Customs Port of Clark on. Thursday. Glen Guillermo, public information officer of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency Region 3 (PDEA 3), said Jeric Herrera, 27, was arrested in a 'controlled delivery' operation along Quezon Boulevard in Sta. Cruz, Manila at past 10 p.m. on Thursday. Guillermo said the suspect accepted the package containing kush worth P3,923,700 from undercover PDEA agents who pretended to be personnel of a courier company.
