As part of its ongoing effort to support OSCE states in upholding their commitments to the rule of law, the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) presented newly developed recommendations to ensure judicial independence and accountability across the region on 9 October 2023, during the Warsaw Human Dimension Conference. ODIHR's Recommendations on Judicial Independence and Accountability address new challenges and good practices from across the OSCE region that have emerged over the past decade.
