On average, more than 1,500 first home buyers take out loans in NSW each month, and this new tool will make it easier to find out if they are eligible for government support. In just 14 questions or less, the tool can work out a prospective homeowner's eligibility for the First Home Buyer Assistance scheme, Shared Equity Home Buyer Helper and or First Home Owner's grant.
