MANDAUE CITY, Philippines – Owners of vehicles impounded in Mandaue City from 2020 to 2022 will only need to pay P1,000 storage fee if a proposed ordinance gets approved. The proposed ordinance granting amnesty to owners of impounded vehicles from the payment of accumulated storage fees was passed by members of the Mandaue City Council on first reading. The proposed ordinance authored by Councilor Jimmy Lumapas, the chairman of the Committee on Transportation is currently at the Committee on Laws for review.
