Ever since I followed this guide to get rid of 'IT administrator access has limited access', my computer has been acting weird. I had to mess with some stuff in command prompt. Issues that have been popping up since (randomly): - Caps lock randomly turns on and off - Since I have a RK61 keyboard, it alters between the settings randomly so I can not type correctly most of the time. - Mouse wheel stops and works on and off - Startup apps (was) gone, I reset my PC and now it's back - Sometimes when I click, it highlights instead - Start button randomly doesnt work - I just tried with a normal keyboard, ALL of the issues are still there.
