Iran Press/ Iran News: President Ebrahim Raisi made the comments on Saturday in a telephone conversation with his French counterpart Emmanuel Macron. The two sides discussed ways to strengthen bilateral cooperation as well as regional and international developments and major global challenges, including food security and energy security, in a 120-minute phone conversation on Saturday afternoon. Raisi referred to the significant growth of political and economic cooperation between Iran and different countries in the world, and described the US sanctions against Iran as detrimental to the global economy, especially for Europe".
