MANILA, Philippines — Philippine authorities have stopped the entry of a man previously convicted of child pornography in Hawaii. The Bureau of Immigrations (BI) reported Monday that Ronald Huy Young was barred from entering the Philippines for violating the Philippine Immigration Act of 1940, which prohibits foreign nationals previously convicted of crimes involving moral turpitude from entering the country.
