MANILA, Philippines — Generally fair and warm weather will affect most parts of the country, while parts of Palawan and Mindanao may experience cloudy skies and scattered rains brought by the intertropical convergence zone (ITCZ), the state weather bureau said on Monday. Based on the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) morning weather forecast, hot and humid weather is expected to prevail in most parts of Luzon and Visayas, particularly Metro Manila and Cebu.
