WASHINGTON D.C., United States — Philippine President Ferdinand 'Bongbong' Marcos Jr. and First Lady Liza Araneta-Marcos on Tuesday met with US Vice President Kamala Harris and Second Gentleman Dough Emhoff at their official residence at Number One Observatory Circle. This is the second meeting of President Marcos and US Vice President Harris after the latter visited the Philippines in November last year. Marcos and Harris vowed to boost mutually beneficial partnerships between Manila and Washington on a wide range of areas, such as digital inclusion, clean energy and economy.
