LUCENA CITY — Police anti-narcotics operatives arrested an armed former drug convict in a buy-bust operation Monday, March 6, in Candelaria town in Quezon province. Quezon police said in a report Tuesday that cops collared Ruel Yazon, 42, of Candelaria in a sting operation around 8:45 p.m. in Barangay Masin Sur. The suspect was found carrying an undocumented .38 revolver loaded with three bullets and a sachet of shabu (crystal meth) worth P1,428. The report tagged the suspect as a street-level pusher on the local drug watchlist.
