MANILA, Philippines — Authorities arrested seven individuals and confiscated P4.6 million worth of marijuana during an anti-drug operation in Kalinga, the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) said on Tuesday. In a report, PDEA identified the suspects as Raymond Nazareno and Sandy Legnes from Bulacan, Rhecel Maribojoc, John Sevilla, Matthew Milgate, Keneth Sum, and Michael David, all from Pampanga. They were collared by PDEA-Kalinga provincial office anti-narcotics operatives in Barangay Bulanao, Tabuk City.
