I've never really made it this far in the interview process so I have no idea what to expect. It's for a programming position at a local company that seems almost perfect for a person in my position, they seem to really want me, so I am not really nervous about the interview beyond not knowing what kinds of topics will be probably covered. The first interview was with the companies recruiter, the second part I was asked to do a small project (I think I actually made it in a style beyond what they were looking for).
