Southwest monsoon or ‘habagat' will continue to bring rain and cloudy skies over parts of northern Luzon, parts of Visayas and Mindanao, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said on Friday. In its 5 p.m. bulletin, Pagasa said rain was also expected over Batanes, Northern Portion of Palawan, Southern Portion of Bicol region, Catanduanes, Albay, Sorsogon, Masbate, Visayas and Mindanao. The rest of the country and Metro Manila will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms.
