CAMERON—Patricia Ruth Fletcher, 81, of Cameron died Thursday, April 13, 2023, at her home near Cameron. A memorial service will be held from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. Sunday, May 7 at Phillips & Luckey Funeral Home in Rockdale. Mrs. Fletcher was born Aug. 30, 1941, in Fort Stanton, New Mexico, to William Harrison and Nona Lois (Hicks) Gould. She attended school in Alamogordo, New Mexico, Las Cruses, New Mexico, and Texas A&M in El Paso. On June 11, 1960, she married Hubert Lee Fletcher in Alamogordo, New Mexico.
