The Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) has issued 7 infringement notices totalling $115,500 to EmpireLabz Australia Pty Ltd for the alleged unlawful advertising and supply of sport supplement products not included in the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods (ARTG). The TGA conducted laboratory testing of the products alleged to have been advertised and supplied by EmpireLabz Australia Pty Ltd. The testing identified the banned substances 1,4-Dimethylpentylamine (DMAA) and 1,5-Dimethylhexylamine (DMHA).
