MANILA, Philippines — Four Filipino women are facing criminal complaints for allegedly stealing from a 33-year-old Chinese woman in Taguig City, while one other suspect remains at-large, police said Thursday. The Southern Police District (SPD) said raps had been filed against arrested suspects Wheng Ramos, 30, Angeline Conde, 30, Jerikha Joy Acaba, 26, and Jane Gellado, 41, after they purportedly stole two mobile phones from the backpack of a certain Yuanchun Qin inside a Korean mart at the posh Bonifacio Global City.
