The Alcovy Lady Tigers ended a two-game skid with a 11-5 victory over Newton in game one of Diamond Day.The Lady Tigers competed against the Lady Rams and Eastside Lady Eagles on Saturday’s Diamond Day for a chance to claim the Newton Cup.
