According to No2 District Officer Commanding, Senior Superintendent Paul Oketsang said that the couple was caught red-handed with a substance suspected to be cat with a street market value of P25,000 and over P6,000 in cash. He said that the couple was caught in different circumstances but on the same day during a recent Narcotic Flora and Fauna Investigating (NFFI) unit operation. He elaborated that the couple was arrested at their homes in Botalaote and Mere wards respectively.
