(VOVWORLD) -The Southeast Asian Games (SEA Games) 2025 will take place at the end of the year in Thailand, instead of in the middle of the year as in Vietnam and Cambodia. The Sports Authority of Thailand (SAT) said the biennial sporting event of the region will take place from December 9 to 20, 2025, at three locations: Bangkok, Chonburi and Songkhla. SAT has invited media reporting the ongoing SEA Games in Cambodia to a press conference ahead of the closing ceremony on Wednesday to introduce the next SEA Games.
