Metro Pacific Tollways Corp. (MPTC) and San Miguel Corp. (SMC) announced on Tuesday the signing of a memorandum of agreement to design, build and operate the 88-kilometer Cavite-Batangas Expressway and Nasugbu-Bauan Expressway (NBEx).
