CEBU CITY, Philippines — The Regional Trial Court Branch 10 in Cebu City granted the complaint filed by the Cebu Port Authority (CPA) for quieting of title involving the disputed Compania Maritima. However, Cebu City Mayor Michael Rama said the legal battle is not yet over. 'It's not over until it's over,' Rama said in an interview with CDN Digital. 'My legal team will be taking over again and continuously (do) what they believe should be pursued, then I will be briefed, and we will have our final position,' the mayor told CDN Digital in a phone interview on Thursday, June 8, 2023.
