(Photo courtesy of Pagasa) MANILA, Philippines — The southwest monsoon or 'habagat' enhanced by Typhoon Falcon (international name: Khanun) will bring rain in most parts of Luzon, while generally fair weather is expected over the rest of the country on Wednesday, the state weather bureau said. According to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa), Falcon is now outside the Philippine area of responsibility and was last spotted 765 kilometers northeast of Itbayat, Batanes.
