CITY OF CALAPAN, Oriental Mindoro — Occidental Mindoro Gov. Eduardo Gadiano instructed on Thursday the Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office and the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (PDRRMO) to assist the families of eight of the 15 people killed in a fire that struck a printing shop in Tandang Sora, Quezon City. The victims' relatives, who are mostly from Rizal town of Occidental Mindoro, were already traveling to Manila to claim the bodies at a funeral parlor, according to Mary Jolence Soriano, officer in charge of the Rizal municipal DRRMO.
