No. 4 most wanted person in Bicol fall in Sorsogon after 12 years in hiding
SORSOGON CITY — After 12 years in hiding, the fourth most wanted person in Bicol, was arrested on March 3 in Magallanes town in Sorsogon province to face the murder charge against him, a belated police report said Tuesday, March 7. Captain Edwin De La Peña, chief of the Magallanes police, said cops arrested Octavio Genorga Hoquis, 48, a former farmer, in Barangay Caditaan. The police said Hoquis returned to his village after years of hiding in Manila. He was wanted for shooting and killing a man who stole his coconuts back in 2010.
