Grossi, who arrived from Tokyo where he submitted the IAEA's final report that analyzed the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant's treated radioactive water, was reported to have left the airport two hours after arriving. The protestors waited for the IAEA director general in almost all of the exists while holding signs like 'stop the discharge,' or 'Grossi go home.
